Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SmallZero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SmallZero is a membership platform providing access to AI-related tools, LoRA models, ComfyUI workflows, and other digital content. We offer FREE and PRO membership tiers with different levels of access.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person; account sharing is not permitted
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Membership and Payments

Subscription Terms

  • PRO memberships are billed monthly via Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds are generally not provided once content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes affect their subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell content from the platform
  • Use automated systems to download or scrape content
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content provided through the Service (including LoRA models, workflows, tools, and documentation) is owned by SmallZero or licensed to us. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content.

Your Usage

You may use downloaded content (LoRAs, workflows, etc.) for personal and commercial projects. You may NOT redistribute the original files or claim ownership of them.

7. Discord Integration

If you connect your Discord account, you authorize us to assign and remove roles based on your membership status. Disconnecting Discord or losing membership may result in loss of associated Discord roles.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Discord roles will be removed
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • Content you've already downloaded remains subject to usage terms

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • AI-generated content may produce unexpected results
  • We are not responsible for how you use downloaded content
  • Third-party tools and services are subject to their own terms

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMALLZERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmallZero from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SmallZero operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
